Klima Ticket Steiermark (purchased on arrival, aka year-long public transportation pass)290 EUR
Residency Permit 215 EUR
**[paid by wire transfer]All wire transfer fees must be paid by your own expense. I recommend a third party program like Wise which is not through your bank to cut costs. If your bank charges extra, that is. This saved me about $95 dollars in wire transfer fees. $5-$100
All of these fees are reimbursed by the scholar-ship with proof of payment. Though it is likely you will already have your monthly stipend by the time you pay for the Residency Permit. However, due to my early arrival date in the Schengen Area, I however, did not yet. So, all of these fees were initially paid up front my me which was a steep ask.
